CARL M's EAGLE PROJECT

Carl's Eagle Project involved clearing a swampy area at Echo Lake Park in Howell NJ and building a handicapped accessible bridge and viewing area of the lake complete with sitting areas. The photos below show the multiple weeks of work involved in doing his project.
